Okay............

You know, when your kids don't ask for anything...hardly every.....it's hard to say, "no"..to something they really desire. My kids are so good about never crying, whining or wanting stuff. (This makes Christmas and Birthday's even more special!) Half the time they feel guilty telling us that their shoes are getting too small or they are wearing out. A friend of ours called and said she had been praying and our family came to her mind.........she asked us if we would like to adopt a..............

gorgeous Persian kitty..........four months old and just a doll! How could we say no? It was "Love at First Sight!"

There's just one problem...Garhett and I are allergic to cats! We deal with our dog, who is inside and outside, our two cats who are outside and the bunny outside. Even with the dander and hair on the other kids clothes, we have dealt okay with it. You know Persian cats are somewhat "hypo-allergenic". I was doing well, Garhett was too. I woke up this morning, with a stuffy nose and such, but some days that's normal. Well.....I sniffed and sneezed all day, Garhett has been fine. I took Seth to his dentist appointment (he did great!) and Garhett went with our Bible worker.....I later noticed I wasn't as stuffy or sneezing. When I got back home, it started up again. I thought maybe it was the cold that I have been trying to fight off. I don't know...I don't want to be sick, this cat is soooo cute! I think we will give it another day or two and see what happens...
It could be a cold? It may not be too.....
Only time will tell.................
