My husband is half-way home. He and his friend stayed at our beloved Pastor John's house last night. Garhett, called me last night and was so happy. He was chosen, on a whim, to go to a local Bible study. He said he led out and it was over Daniel chapter 2. He said,"Mom, I knew what I was doing. You have prepared me for this. Daniel 2 is so familiar, thanks for getting me ready to do God's work!" I tried not to cry, but when we said,"I love you and good-bye." I know he could hear it in my voice. He also told me not to worry, because they are feeding him only vegan food. I thought they would, but I wasn't sure. He has been asked to preach for an up and coming evangelistic series that starts tonight. He also gets to meet my favorite pastor/evangelist, Doug Batchelor! I miss him, but I am happy that he is happy! How quickly they grow up, we must diligently work daily to fit our children for heaven. I know there are days I fail, but God is by my side and He picks up, where I, as a human don't. I am so thankful for that fact!
The skies are looking a little dark this morning. The house is quiet, only Mitchell and I are up. I must get things ready for the Sabbath today. May you all have a blessed day! God bless!!
